This site is achieved by the most advanced technologies and standards for the web issued by the international consortium W3C to facilitate access to content from any user (disabled, blind, etc. ...) and from any type of platform or operating system, as indicated in the directive WAI 1.0.
Technically the site is built with a table-less layout and makes a massive use of style sheets modeled on a XHTML 1.0 strict structure.
Even the structure graphics, color and navigation have been designed with special arrangements to facilitate navigation to a user with possible visual or mental limitations in order to provide a complete service from all points of view of a possible user.
The consequence of this design is that now the site is viewable and usable by all browsers on all platforms that support the web standards. On reduced platforms the site still maintains its usability in text form, without providing a particular look.
